This role will be responsible for:
· Providing advice and assistance in the implementation of Industrial Relations management practices.
· Providing assistance to ensure the Business Unit is compliant in relation to its legislative and Industrial responsibilities.
· Interpreting and implementing enterprise agreements and awards
· Providing advice and support in relation to employment law and industrial law
· Assisting in the negotiation and approval of workplace agreements
· Developing, refining and implementing Industrial & Employee Relations management systems
This position requires a self starter, team player and someone who thrives on a fast paced role. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role ideally within the Construction sector, and will have the ability to demonstrate a working knowledge and practical implementation of employment and industrial law in a highly unionised industry.
