lets start
[2]-Select the object and convert into the editable poly
Select the polygon mode with the ignore back facing
[3]-Make a selection and apply the extrude polygon with the extrusion amount: -6.0
Now your cylinder should like this
[4]-Again make a selection and apply the bevel polygon
Now use the following setting
[5]-Now your cylinder should like this
[6]-Open the material window and assign the material like this
[7]-Make a selection and assign the black material like this
[8]-Now your object should like this
[9]-Now click on the circle button
Open the rendering palette and use the following setting
Create circles like this
[10]-Click on the line and create a line like this
Apply the extrude modifier with the amount of 1.0
Set like this
[11]-Create a cylinder with the following size

[12]-Now convert into editable poly and select the polygon with the ignore back facing
[13]-Make a selection and apply the extrude polygon with the amount of -0.4
[14]-Now your object should like this
[15]-Apply the turbo smooth modifier with the amount: 1.0
[16]-Click on the text button and create a text like this
Apply the extrude modifier with the amount: 0.0
[17]-Now set like this and similarly create all text like this technique
[18]-Create a tube with the following size

Open the rendering palette and use the following setting
Set like this
[20]-Open the material window and make a material like this
[21]-Now set the skylight like this
With the following parameter
[22]-This is the Final Image after render the perspective view port
