Hewlett-Packard's upcoming Windows 7-powered Slate tablet will be more expensive than the base Apple iPad, have a shorter battery life and have slower wi-fi. But it will have two cameras, stylus support and a standard USB port.
That's according to an internal HP slide obtained by Engadget. A 32GB HP Slate will start at $549, versus the cheapest iPad's price of $499 – though the 64GB version is cheaper than that of the iPad, at $599 versus $699.
